THE EVOLUTION OF THE CREATION

It all started at the Research Program Center INC. at Silicon Valley, California. Dr. MichaeloZemez, lead of the Zemezyz Project, started research on mixing human DNA to create astrong and intelligent hybrid species using transgenic embryos from a Bull, a wolf, a bear,a Hyena, and a Lion. These hybrids will have the brain and the capabilities of a human being. They will have emotion, human motor skills, and the ability to speak. These attributes will make the Zemezyz Hybrids more advanced and talented humans.| A new revolution has begun with the cloning of the first sheep. In 1996 Dolly was the first stepping stone towards cloning life without an embryo. Here in 2008 scientists have found a way to genetically engineer human chimeras. Chimera embryos are made by injecting cells from an animal into a human embryo. The second, known as a human transgenic embryo involves injecting animal DNA into a human embryo. Fertilizing animal DNA with human DNA, the Zemezyz Hybrids were created.
Some hybrids have been created for medical studies and other ones for different research like the Zemezyz hybrids. The Zemezyz project was created for the soul purpose of developing a new style and sound. Combining the styles of Dance, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Rock, Metal, Latin and Indie, Zemezyz would later be defined as Z.A. Rock. With this new style, Zemezyz will raise the bar and will revolutionize the music industry. But it doesn't stop there! Not only will the Zemezyz hybrids deliver a new music style, but also they will deliver a show!

The Brute Chorus have been combining garage, blues
and folk music with a scatology of Biblical stories, nursery rhymes and
fairy tales since 2008. Their enormously accessible sound has managed
to escape any generalised genre pigeon-holing, instead they’ve been
carving out their own genuine, word-of-mouth buzz from their exciting
live shows.

They began taking it to the people
with a monthly residency at Camden’s infamous Hawley Arms pub. The
band’s first releases, charming offerings of psyched-out garage-folk
we’e put out on the Hawley Arms backed Bumpman records to widespread
aclaim from Steve Lamacq, Zane Lowe, NME, The Fly amongst others.

The
scuzzy blues-folk quartet took their splendidly raucous live shows on
the road with a host of festivals apperances including Glastonbury,
Camden Crawl, Great Escape, Secret Garden Party, Belladrum, Standon
& Kendal Calling. As well as touring with the likes of Martha
Wainwright, Rumble Strips, Ida Maria and even a trip to the seaside
with Peggy Sue and The Pirates as well as  numerous headline UK and
European shows.

This led to the
recording of the Brute Chorus debut album. In one heartstopping take
infront of 300 of their most loyal fans at The Roundhouse’s FreeDM
studios. They begged, borrowed and stole equipment from the likes of
Rod Stewart, Lionel Richie and then with shaky hands, sweaty brows and
a quick swig of JD they were all set to record… They inlisted
producers Victor Van Vugt (Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, Gogol Bordello and
Son’s and Daughters) and the Mercury nominated Choque Hosein (Black
Star Liner, Hood, Lord Auch). Holed up for 5 weeks in their rehearsal
residency above a Hackney pub, they practised solidly to ensure the
recording would be a success.

The album came out,
packaged in a attractive and collectable wooden sleeve hand-made by the
band. It received a host of 5 star reviews from  Clash, Artrocker, BBC
and Drowned in Sound amongst others.

The
Brute Chorus quietly slipped back under the radar just before
Christmas, reducing their usually frenetic gigging schedule to a couple
of secret shows and DJ sets in tiny locations with the likes of Good
Shoes. Well now the band are ready to break cover, armed with a
recording contract with East London indie label Tape, a new album in
the bag and a host of shows to play across France, Germany, England and
Scotland. The Brutes are back.

Having
spent a snowy January recording in a tiny village hall in the depths of
the Lake District the boys have returned to their native metropolis of
London to prepare for the first of their 2010 engagements: a short
jaunt through Europe beginning with a show in Paris with Reverand &
The Makers followed by five dates in Germany with reformed cult alt
rockers The Woodentops. No strangers to touring on a budget, the band
have decided to travel via interail in the hope they’ll be able to
squeeze in a bit of tourism between shows.

Back
on Albion’s shores in early March the Brute Chorus will take on a two
week road trip offering British fans their first opportunity to hear
material from their new album due for release this summer. With a
single due in April, a gig at London’s Scala and summer festival
bookings already coming in 2010 is beginning to look like year of the
Brute!

“Balls out Rock – n – Roll the way it should be played“ – Loud

Over a period of 4 decades Krokus has released a total of 17 studio albums, 2 “live” albums
and 3 “Best of…” albums.  In total, Krokus has notched up 10 top-selling albums worldwide
and a Diamond Award for selling over 1 million records in Switzerland alone. In 2008, the band
celebrated an astonishing comeback with a reunion concert in Berne’s Stade de Suisse where
over 10,000 supporters showed up. Encouraged by the overwhelming success and how much
they loved playing together again, the band made the most of the flames burning inside and
went straight to the studio to record. They spent two years conjuring up a new album filled with
rock-n-roll magic, rightly titled Hoodoo.

“Hoodoo is yet another excellent album from a classic hard rock/metal band pumping blood back
into what has become a stagnant genre over the last 20 years” – Mojo Radio

Brett Michaels Condition Improves but He’s Still in ICU

Category: News · 0

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Rock singer and reality television star Bret Michaels remains hospitalized in intensive care after a brain hemorrhage, but his condition has improved to stable from critical, his publicist said on Tuesday.

Michaels, 47, the front man of rock band Poison and a contestant on the current season of “The Celebrity Apprentice”, had been in critical condition since being rushed to a hospital last Friday. Doctors diagnosed a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage, or bleeding at the base of his brain stem.

The singer’s publicist said Michaels was still undergoing tests but was now in stable condition. He was described on Sunday as suffering from slurred speech and blurred vision.

Michaels’ father Wally Sychak told celebrity news site Extra on Tuesday that he had spoken with his son in an Arizona hospital by phone. “He sounded a little slow, but fine. He was talking, not as cheerful as he usually is. But I guess he is under sedation,” Extra quoted Sychak as saying.

“They say he’s moving his arms and hands. The best as they could expect at this time,” he added.

Messages of support from Michaels’ celebrity friends and fans have flooded in, causing his official web site to crash or slow under the traffic.

“It’s devastating”, said Sharon Osbourne, wife of British rocker Ozzy Osbourne and a contestant with Michaels on “Celebrity Apprentice”. “Your heart goes out to his family, your heart goes out to him. He’s the nicest guy in the world,” Osbourne told Us Weekly.

Michaels found fame in the 1980s at the helm of Poison, whose hits included the ballad “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.”

He later appeared in VH1′s dating contest “Rock of Love” and on the current season of “The Celebrity Apprentice”, which was filmed several months ago but is about halfway through its broadcast run on NBC.

Michaels was diagnosed with diabetes as a child and two weeks ago he had an emergency appendectomy. In a blog entry, he called it a “wake-up call to be a little bit more diligent on keeping control of my health.”

Katrina and The Waves’ “Walking on Sunshine” Turns 25

Songwriter Kimberley Rew Celebrates with Four Reissues and a Free Song Download Every Week

MP3: Katrina and The Waves’ “Dancing Street”

MP3: Kimberley Rew’s “I’m Amazed”

Until 1985, every major label in the world rejected “Walking on Sunshine.” Katrina and The Waves, helmed by  Kimberley Rew, were a relatively unknown group outside of elite tastemaker circles; forming after Rew split off from Robyn Hitchcock and critical favorites, The Soft Boys. When major labels still did such things, Capitol Records took a chance and signed KATW, releasing “Walking on Sunshine” to instant pop success, earning top 10 positions globally. US radio has since broadcast “WOS” 2,000,000 times, propelling it to the #1 played track in the summer of 2008, 23 years after release.

Yet, before becoming a global sensation, Kimberley Rew recorded some of the most lasting and finely-crafted pop songs of his career. These songs and albums have gone largely unrecognized and unheard, until now. Tummy Touch Records will reissue four seminal Kimberley Rew records this spring (dates below), giving them the full distribution and accolades they deserve.
