Lots of speculations and theories are very likely to be spoken or written about all this. Already there are summaries of the Jackson family history being aired, with motion pictures, audio tapes, photos, and written descriptions, presented with commentaries, conclusions, suggestions, innuendos, as well as accusations, charges, and condemnations.

All of this is fodder for the sensational journalism that we have all come to know so well. Trouble, tragedy, violence and wrongdoings are the stuff most media feature and search for on a daily basis.
I wish for us to explore more about the humanity issues on the fundamental emotional, social, family history levels. These offer lessons and imperatives about ways we may contribute to others. We each have a dark side that is private and which can lead to the complete loss of our career, our family, health, or reputation, and ultimately our life.
I imagine our schools, neighborhood or other social organizations being centers of influence and empowerment for those who can contribute to children in troubled families, done in respectful and nurturing ways.
My study of family dynamics and what can improve parent’s competence with non-violent ways to guide and encourage their children allowed me to appreciate how much groups of parents meeting together with a curriculum designed to offer alternatives designed to create healthy boundaries for all family members while also supporting each family member to be responsible for their behavior with consequences for that behavior.

I have seen how families can move from quarreling and dysfunction to harmony, respect and appreciation for each other and each self.
What I foresee is how much we come to discover about ourselves as we pay close attention with deep interest in the many many aspects of Michael Jackson and the specifics of his experience, his choices, his relationships, his hurts, wounds and fears, as well as his successes, gifts, and contributions to others. Above all I wish that he be remembered as one wonderful spiritual being amongst all others in our one family of man.
